Extend contact person (insert 5 year term) and accept new terms of service

Dear valued customer!

We are sorry to bother you with this. But a new law came into force on 01.02.2023. From April 30th 2023 we will no longer be able to forward important official emails to you, unless you insert a term for this service in the business register. We would also like you to accept our new Terms of Service in line with this new legislation. You can read about the implications for your company here. Further, you need to extend the term for B2baltics being the contact person for your company. We have 2 small tasks for you:

  1. Extend the term for B2baltics being the contact person for you company (important)
  2. Accept our new terms of service

Please start with extending the term for B2baltics consulting being the contact person for your company. After that, accept the new terms.

1. Extend contact person in the business register

  1. Go to the business register: https://ariregister.rik.ee/eng?
  2. Login (with your ID card)
  3. Choose “Legal or private person” if you are prompted for that
  4. Click “My undertakings”
  5. Click on your company
  6. Click “Change the data”
  7. Click on “4 – Persons”
  8. Under “Contact person” click “Change”
  9. Under “Term of office” change the term to 5 years from now minus 1 day
  10. Click “Save”
  11. Go to the bottom and click on “Next” until you get to “8 – Confirmation of the application
  12. Sign the application
  13. Insert “info@b2baltics.eu” in the “E-mail address” field under B2baltics consulting -Signature missing
  14. Click “Send”

2. Accept the new Terms of service

Please connect your Estonian ID card to your computer, and be ready with your signing pin (pin2) to sign the new terms of service.

In order to accept the new Terms of service, please fill in the form below and click submit. That will create the new terms for your company. A pop-up tab will open, where you can click “Sign” on the upper right corner.
