When the petition is ready and signed by you and us, we pay the state fee for you and submit the application.
Normally, the company will be established the same day.
Once the company is incorporated we will assist you with all the following steps you might need: getting a bank account, VAT registration, bookkeeping and accounting, taxes. Most of this is included in the Assistance package, but bookkeeping is a separate service.
