We support Ukraine's fight for independence, democracy and the rule of law. This is the foundation for our life and business. More information about donations to Ukraine here.

Ukraine has been a priority target of Estonia's e-Residency program for three years. Estonia has over 5,000 Ukrainian e-residents, who have established nearly 1,600 businesses.

The joint organization of Enterprise Estonia and KredEx has also launched a website dedicated to hosting a frequently updated FAQ and other important contact information in connection with arriving in and temporarily relocating to Estonia.

The processing of Russian and Belarusian citizens' e-residency applications has also been temporarily halted, as has the issuance of e-residents' digital ID cards at the Estonian embassies in Moscow and Minsk.

The Ukrainian embassy to Estonia informs that as of 25th February, "no consulary services are available through Estonian Embassy in Kyiv, which includes e-Residency cards. Since postal services don’t work, it’s also currently impossible to change the pickup location. Kyiv is also removed from the list of possible pickup locations on the application form, so if possible applicants should choose a different location or postpone applying until further notice."
